If you are reading this, it means that you want to take part in the upcoming Community Contest (“Contest”) hosted and organized by LiveChat, Inc. (“we,” us,” LiveChat”) with its principal office at 101 Arch Street, 8th Floor, Boston MA 02110, United States of America. By entering this Contest, you agree to this Community Contest Terms and any decisions reached by LiveChat, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.
By taking part in the Contest and following our instructions connected to it on our website https://www.livechat.com/community/ we will process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By taking part in the Contest, you become a participant of such a contest (referred as “you” or “your” “Participant”) bound by this Community Contest Terms.
Remember, you are not required to pay us any entry fee for participation in the Contest. It is free and we won’t charge you.

2. What the “Community Contest” is about and how long will it last?
“Let’s be a Community” describes fully the purpose why we organize the Contest for you. The goal of it is to attract all LiveChat and HelpDesk users to the Community, especially the most experienced ones, introduce you to each other, give you a sense of collective identity as experts in the context of our products.
The Community Contest starts on 10th November 2021, 12:00 am CET and ends on 24th November 2021, 23:59 pm CET. ****You will be given the opportunity to create your own posts and comment on other users’ posts on various topics on https://www.livechat.com/community/ . All users will be able to react to those posts with “heart reaction” (“Hearts”). We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants and disqualify a Participant(s) for submitting offensive, vulgar, inappropriate content which will be removed by us.
3. Who can join the “Community contest”?
We want to have as many of you as possible and this Community contest has no limit of the number of Participants, the limit of topics posts, and comments you can create. It ****is open to each LiveChat product or Helpdesk user with a paid license.
Community contest is about you, not us thus directors, members, co-workers, employees, representatives or consultants of LiveChat, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by LiveChat, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Contest are not allowed to participate in it. However, everybody who has an account on https://www.livechat.com/community/ might vote by giving Hearts.
